1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on e777, accessing the e777 platform via any device or browser, or using any product offered by e777 — including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, and e-sports markets — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the e777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and e777 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). If you are accessing e777 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Use of e777 is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. e777 is strictly an adult platform. Underage gambling is prohibited, and e777 takes all reasonable steps to prevent it, including mandatory identity verification (KYC) before withdrawal access is granted.
• You must register using your own true, accurate, and complete personal details. The creation of false, fictitious, or duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through the e777 responsible gaming tools or imposed by any other platform or authority.
• You must be accessing e777 in a personal capacity for recreational entertainment purposes only, not as an agent, employee, or on behalf of any commercial entity.
• Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on e777. Multiple accounts for the same person will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances.
• You represent and warrant that your participation in online gambling is consistent with the laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. Pakistani players bear sole responsibility for ensuring their participation complies with applicable local law.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your e777 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. e777 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You must notify the e777 support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. e777 reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation upon receipt of such a notification.

You agree to keep your registered contact details — including email address and mobile number — accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may result in inability to receive important account communications, including security alerts and withdrawal notifications.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

e777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. e777 does not accept deposits from third parties.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits are subject to change without prior notice at e777's discretion.

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a verified account that has completed KYC. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. e777 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

e777 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where: (a) the KYC process is incomplete; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (c) the account is under investigation for breach of these Terms; or (d) a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

All bets placed on e777 sports markets — including cricket betting on PSL, T20 Internationals, ODIs, and Test matches — are subject to the specific rules published within the relevant market at the time of bet placement. In the event of any ambiguity, the rules displayed at the point of bet acceptance take precedence.

e777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered or settled in error, including errors arising from incorrect odds, typographical mistakes, or data feed failures. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the Player's account.

Casino games offered through e777's live casino and RNG sections operate under the rules of the respective game providers (including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and JILI). Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before wagering real PKR funds.

e777 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, market, or provider. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of certain products without prior notice.

6. Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers extended to e777 players are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion. General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• e777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel a promotion, or amend promotion terms at any time and without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, placing simultaneous or offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use. Players who have activated self-exclusion or deposit limits may have restricted access to certain promotional offers.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on e777 and will result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or extract data.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform or any game software. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of corrupt wagering activity.
• Money laundering, or using the e777 platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or submitting fraudulent identity documents during KYC.
• Accessing e777 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, where doing so constitutes a criminal offence under local law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the e777 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data feeds — is the property of e777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any e777 content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) any interruption, delay, or error in the platform's operation; (c) any unauthorised access to your account; or (d) any loss of funds arising from your gambling decisions.

e777 provides the platform on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. e777 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

10. Responsible Gaming

e777 is committed to responsible gaming. Players experiencing difficulties with gambling are encouraged to use the following tools available within their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion.

11. Suspension & Termination

e777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the account is subject to a fraud investigation; (c) a chargeback has been filed; or (d) continued operation of the account is contrary to e777's legal or regulatory obligations. Upon closure, any verified remaining balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which e777 is incorporated. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits e777's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

e777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on the e777 Terms & Conditions page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, e777 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address. Continued use of the platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must close your account before the amendments take effect.
